Bookings and Cancellations

Whilst we are reluctant to charge for cancelled or 'no show' appointments, this is having a detrimental 

impact on our services to clients who are on the cancellation list and cannot be accommodated due to lack of notice/no notice being given to cancel.

 

As a result if you fail to provide 24 hours notice there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment booked, or treatments removed if you have purchased a course.

 

Bookings of a Package or Treatment over 1 hour or £50 will require a non-refundable 50% depoisit in advance - refundable only if the treatment is cancelled within 48 hours' notice of the day.

 

Information regarding Spa treatments

To maximise your spa experience we ask you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. All treatments include time for your therapist to carry out a personal consultation. Please inform your therapist of any illness or medical treatment you are currently having or had recently. Please note that treatments for ladies fewer than 3 months pregnant are restricted.

 

Refund Policy

PRODUCTS - Products for take home use will be eligible for a full refund on condition that the product(s) is/are returned unopened and un-used within 14 days of initial purchase date. Products returned after 14 days and before 28 days of initial purchase date will be eligible for a Spa credit.

 

INDIVIDUAL TREATMENTS - We endervour to undertake treatments to your satisfaction meeting your expectations, in the event that we do not deliver to your expectations, please make your concerns known to the Spa Manager who will assist you further in the matter.

 

COURSES BOOKED - We do not offer refunds on courses unless a GP's note is supplied as to why the treatment can no longer continue. Please note we cannot exchange your current course for a different course.
