Bookings and Cancellations:
To avoid being charged 50% of your treatment cost, appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours before your treatment time.
Appointments that are made online must be payed in full upfront.
Appointments made via phone or email for over £50 will require a 50% deposit in advance.
New customers will be required to pay a 50% deposit at time of booking.
If you fail to adhere to the 24hour policy, a 50% payment will be taken, if refused this will be applied to your personal account and expected to be paid at your next visit.
If further refused we unfortunatly will refuse any future bookings made.
If you need to cancel your treatment and is within the 24hours, the payment you made will be put aside as spa credit however if cancellation is over 24hours the payment will be not be refundable or re-usable.
We do not offer refunds on any courses unless a note from your GP is supplied to explain why you can no longer carry continue with the course.
Please also note that courses are non-transferable to another course or account.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue and have a minimum spend of £15
Courses are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
Mobile phones & Electronic devices:
Please ensure your mobile phones or other electrical devices are switched off, whilst in treatments or quiet rooms.
Unruly/ Inappropriate behaviour:
We will not tolerate any abuse or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff members or other clients.
In any event of this occuring we reserve the right to refuse treatment or access to the our Medi Spa.
We ask all Medi Spa customers to arrive at the spa at least 5 minutes before their treatment time.
Late arrival will result in your treatment time being deducted or not being able to take place.
Should you or your party have any medical conditions, which may prevent you from having a treatment, we advise you to speak to your GP before confirming.
A doctors note may be requested to clear any person with an unknown condition.
All clients will be asked to fill in a medical and contact form before undergoing any treatments.
Every booking will be sent an email confirmation which the customer will need to reply YES to or your booking will automatically be cancelled.
Customers will also recieve an email the day before their treatment is due to commence, which will also need to be replied to as a YES otherwise the Medi Spa will assume you will not be attending and the booking will be cancelled.
